WEIR RETURNS TO HELP FURTHUR
FINISH SPRING TOUR IN ATLANTIC CITY

It’s been a crazy few days in the world of Furthur, after guitarist Bob Weir was unable to finish Thursday night’s show in Port Chester, NY. Thankfully, Weir was back and seemed to brush off the incident as Furthur closed out their spring tour in Atlantic City last night. The group opened with “Jack Straw,” giving Bobby a chance to sing from the gut immediately, and according to reports he showed no ill effects.

Last night, Furthur stuck to songs they had performed during the just-completed nine-show residency at Port Chester’s Capitol Theatre with the exception of a cover of “In The Midnight Hour.” A poignant moment came during the “Touch of Grey” encore as Weir belted “I Will Survive!” along with his band mates.

We’ve compiled a handful of fan-shot videos from Saturday’s Furthur show.
